Are you a talented Structural Engineer looking to escape the office grind? This fully remote opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in building design and analysis while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere. Join a forward-thinking firm that values output over hours, offering a competitive salary and a supportive environment for your professional growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Structural Engineer to join our distributed team. In this position, you will be the technical backbone for our design projects, ensuring that every structure we create is safe, efficient, and code-compliant. Unlike traditional firms, we operate entirely online, meaning you can work from the comfort of your home office while collaborating with architects, project managers, and contractors across the globe. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in an environment where autonomy is encouraged.

Your primary focus will be on performing structural calculations, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring that every beam, column, and foundation meets the rigorous standards required by modern construction. You will manage your own tasks within a broader project timeline, communicating regularly with project leads to ensure milestones are met. We are currently expanding our portfolio of commercial and residential projects, and we need your expertise to help us scale.

Salary Range

$75,000 – $105,000 USD/year

Based on industry standards for remote engineering professionals, the compensation package is designed to reflect your experience level and specific technical skills. We ensure that our remote salaries are competitive with in-office positions to attract top talent regardless of geography.
