About the Role

As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you will conduct virtual assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence‑based therapy to children and adults with communication disorders. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations via secure video platforms.
• Design and implement personalized intervention strategies targeting articulation, fluency, voice, language, and cognitive‑communication skills.
• Monitor client progress, adjust goals, and provide detailed session notes in electronic health records.
• Educate families and caregivers on home‑practice techniques to reinforce therapeutic gains.

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current CCC‑SLP certification from ASHA (or equivalent state license).
• Active state SLP license in good standing (multiple state licensure preferred).

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric, adult, or mixed settings.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality teletherapy sessions; prior telepractice experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency with HIPAA‑compliant video conferencing tools and electronic documentation systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
