About the Role

As a Remote Physician Assistant, you’ll collaborate with licensed physicians to deliver high-quality primary and specialty care through secure telehealth platforms. You’ll evaluate patient health histories, diagnose common conditions, prescribe medications, and manage ongoing treatment plans—all from the comfort of your home office. This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability to virtual care, and a commitment to patient-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations and health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Prescribe medications and order lab tests as permitted by state law
• Document patient encounters in electronic health records (EHR)
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to review cases and adjust care plans
• Provide education and guidance to patients on preventive care and wellness

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the U.S.
• Completion of an accredited PA program
• DELAWARE or compact state license preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong proficiency in EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace

Salary Range

$95,000 – $125,000 USD/year
