About This Position
Job Summary
US Foods is seeking an experienced Territory Manager for its Lamar Park location in Forrest County, MS. This role focuses on building client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional service to foodservice customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new restaurant, catering, and institutional accounts.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, providing product expertise and tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits, product demonstrations, and menu consultations.
- Collaborate with US Foods’ internal teams—logistics, marketing, and supply chain—to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates in Workday.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in foodservice, wholesale, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory (vehicle required).
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with US Foods Workday portal is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $68,141.59 annually. Additional performance‑based incentives, health benefits, 401(k) match, and paid time off are offered.
