Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Pre‑Sale Team in launching the new Mesa Grand Club, including site assessments and member acquisition strategies.
• Shadow senior managers to learn daily operations, staff scheduling, and member service excellence.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotional events, and community outreach to build brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics and help implement process improvements.
