Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of high‑performance back‑end services supporting Cardinal Health’s commercial platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and UI/UX teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers, promote best coding practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or staff‑engineer capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, or Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep understanding of micro‑service architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑volume enterprise applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, or Ansible.

Compensation

Salary range: $116,151.55 per year.
