Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient onboarding, eligibility verification, and reimbursement processes for specialty therapies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve access issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Sonexus Access and Patient Support platform.
- Analyze reimbursement data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Educate patients and caregivers on insurance benefits, co‑pay assistance, and financial support programs.
- Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, and compliance to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in patient access, reimbursement, or pharmacy benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and specialty drug formularies.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare IT systems; experience with Sonexus or similar platforms is a plus.
Compensation
Salary range: $41,346.25 – $41,346.25 per year.
