Job Summary

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Portland, Multnomah County, US. The role focuses on customer retention and expansion analytics within the Revenue Operations Global Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models to improve gross and net customer retention.
• Analyze churn drivers and create actionable insights to mitigate revenue loss.
• Support renewal and expansion forecasting with advanced statistical techniques.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional GTM teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
• Design and automate dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across analytics pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in SaaS or revenue operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, churn analysis, and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Compensation

Salary range: $75,775.40 per year.
