Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Boise, Ada County, US. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on analytics to optimize campaign performance and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end marketing analytics strategy, ensuring accurate measurement of demand generation, funnel efficiency, and ROI.
- Lead a team of analysts and specialists, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to align marketing metrics with overall business objectives.
- Develop predictive models to forecast pipeline, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
- Implement A/B testing programs and statistical analysis to optimize campaigns across email, paid media, and events.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Snowflake, SQL).
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with statistical techniques and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $159,977.44 annually. PagerDuty offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, generous paid time off, and professional development resources.
