About This Position

Job Summary

Join J&J Family of Companies as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, supporting the Surgery, Electrophysiology & Aesthetics portfolio in Wellington. This full‑time role offers a dynamic environment within a global healthcare leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities across the Surgery, Electrophysiology and Aesthetics product lines.
  • Develop and maintain promotional material, presentations and digital content for the New Zealand market.
  • Support the regional sales team with lead generation, pipeline tracking and customer outreach.
  • Organise events, webinars and product launches, ensuring all logistics and compliance requirements are met.
  • Analyse market data and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage CRM entries, sales forecasts and reporting dashboards.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams – regulatory, finance, and product development – to ensure seamless product roll‑outs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Health Sciences.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing within medical devices, pharmaceuticals or related health‑tech sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear, compelling content.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of New Zealand healthcare regulations is an advantage.
