Job Summary
Wells Fargo Bank is hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Senior Engineer in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, US. This senior role focuses on leading complex initiatives within Coverage Technology for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or actively contribute to large‑scale, high‑impact projects across selected domains.
- Ensure quality, security, and regulatory compliance for all supported systems and applications.
- Serve as a technical expert, providing innovative Power Platform solutions and guidance to development teams.
- Review, evaluate, and improve existing software architectures and codebases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proven expertise in .NET, Azure services, REST APIs, and data integration.
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, and governance standards in financial services.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Compensation
Salary range: $152,074.10 per year.
