Job Summary

Elevance Health is seeking an East Region Director of Cost of Care to lead cost management initiatives for its East Region. This full‑time role is based in Wallingford, New Haven County, CT, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional cost‑of‑care strategies aligned with corporate financial goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement value‑based care models.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week and travel within the East Region as needed.

Compensation

Annual salary: $185,250.66
