Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Provide clear directions, coordinate visitor flow, and manage lobby traffic during peak hours.
• Activate and communicate hospital emergency overhead announcements as directed.
• Assist the Patient Experience Supervisor and VP of Marketing & Business Development with special events, tours, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate logs of visitor registrations, appointments, and any incidents.
• Collaborate with security, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and patient safety.

Qualifications & Requirements
