Lead the full membership lifecycle for a 3,500‑strong professional medical association, driving recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of physicians, students, and residents in Riverside County.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive membership growth strategy aligned with RCMA’s mission.
• Identify, target, and recruit new physician members, medical students, and residents.
• Design seamless onboarding experiences that quickly integrate new members into the association.
• Create and manage engagement programs, events, and communications to enhance member value.

Compensation & Benefits
