Job Summary

Dodge Construction Network is hiring an FP&A Manager in State House, Lancaster County, US. This full‑time role leads financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning while partnering with sales, finance, and marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support revenue forecasts and scenario analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with sales leadership to translate market trends into actionable financial insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Prepare and present executive‑level reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.

Compensation

Salary range: $166,773.70 per year.
