Job Summary

Join Harvey Norman’s Computers team in Wellington as a full‑time Customer Service Representative. This role offers the chance to work in a leading NZ retailer, delivering high‑quality service and product advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and via phone/email with product information, troubleshooting and sales enquiries.
• Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.

• Collaborate with the wider team to meet store targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
