Bookkeeper/Customer Service

Rosillo & Associates, PA is hiring a Bookkeeper/Customer Service professional for its downtown Doral office in Miami, Miami‑Dade County. This part‑time role runs 8:30 am‑12:30 pm with occasional additional hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Provide friendly, in‑person customer service to existing and prospective clients.
• Scan and process incoming documents, invoices, and tax notices.
• Follow up with new clients, set up new corporations, and assist with onboarding.
• Prepare basic tax documents and respond to tax notices under supervision.
• Support senior accountants with routine bookkeeping tasks and data entry.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 1‑2 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
