Job Summary

UL is seeking a Business Development Specialist, Renewables Advisory to work in Trammells, Harris County, US. This role drives revenue growth by executing strategies with large customers in the renewables sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with UL’s major clients in the Renewables Advisory industry to implement pre‑determined business development strategies.
• Generate new revenue opportunities and meet or exceed booking targets.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, attending customer meetings to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote UL’s capabilities and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and qualify target opportunities, forwarding qualified leads to account managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in renewable energy or advisory services.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and booking goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with CRM tools.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
