PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Nashville, Davidson County, US. This senior role combines strategic oversight of marketing operations with deep analytical expertise to drive performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end marketing operations processes, including campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
- Lead a team of analysts and operations specialists to deliver actionable insights that improve ROI and customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models that support cross‑functional decision‑making.
- Partner with product, sales, and finance teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage budget allocation, forecast spend, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
- Drive adoption of marketing technology stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau) and ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of using data to influence strategy and improve marketing performance.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with SQL, Python/R, and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
