About This Position
Pair ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high‑quality ABA services in East Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. This full‑time role provides clinical oversight across school, home, and clinic settings for children and adolescents up to age 21.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide BCBA‑level clinical supervision for clients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in schools, homes, and clinic environments.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and continuously monitor client progress.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate ABA strategies into daily routines.
- Maintain accurate documentation, data analysis, and compliance with state and agency regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current BCBA certification (or eligibility to obtain within 6 months).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with early intervention and school‑aged populations (0‑21 years).
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and evidence‑based interventions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
