Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and crisis stabilization services to adult patients in the Adult Crisis Stabilization Center.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure continuity of care.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document all clinical interventions accurately.
- Educate patients and families on coping strategies, medication management, and community resources.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to emergent situations as needed.
