Business Development Manager – Rand Technology, LLC – Irvine, Orange County (Remote, Germany‑Based)

Rand Technology, LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the electronic components and semiconductor markets. This remote role requires the candidate to be based in Germany while being employed through our Irvine, California office.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities that align with Rand Technology’s strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key decision‑makers across Europe and North America.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and forecasting reports to senior leadership.
• Represent Rand Technology at industry trade shows, webinars, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in the electronic components or semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Strong network of contacts within the European semiconductor ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; German language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating with global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
