What You Will Do

Sourcing and Deal Execution

You will be the primary point of contact for new investment opportunities. This involves building and nurturing a robust pipeline of early-stage and growth-stage startups, leading first meetings with founders, and managing the full investment lifecycle from initial screening to final term sheet negotiation.

Strategic Advisory

Once a company is in our portfolio, you will act as a trusted advisor. This means rolling up your sleeves to help founders refine their business models, connect them with key hires, introduce them to potential partners, and navigate the complexities of scaling a tech company in today’s market.

Portfolio Growth and Reporting

You will play a critical role in monitoring the health and trajectory of our existing portfolio companies. This includes regular check-ins with founders, tracking key performance indicators, and providing quarterly updates to our investment committee.

Requirements

• Proven track record of 8+ years in venture capital, private equity, or a senior operating role at a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Exceptional network within the startup ecosystem, particularly in sectors like SaaS, AI, fintech, or climate tech.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to make fast, high-stakes decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to challenge founders and push for better outcomes.
• A deep passion for investing in mission-driven companies and a desire to leave a lasting mark on the industry.
