About the Role

We are seeking experienced Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) holders to join our growing team in a groundbreaking remote capacity. As a Remote Truck Driver Coordinator, you will serve as the vital link between our dispatch team, drivers, and clients, ensuring seamless delivery operations across the nation. Your primary responsibility involves coordinating with truck drivers, monitoring shipment progress through advanced GPS tracking systems, and resolving any logistical challenges that may arise during transport.

In this role, you will work closely with our state-of-the-art transportation management software, communicating with drivers via radio, phone, and digital platforms to provide real-time updates and guidance. You’ll be responsible for verifying delivery schedules, coordinating with warehouse teams for loading and unloading, and maintaining detailed records of all shipments. This position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure while working in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class A or B
• Minimum 2 years of over-the-road truck driving experience
• Current DOT medical certificate
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
• Strong proficiency with computers and modern communication technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
