Key Responsibilities

Strategic Dispatching & Routing

You will be responsible for analyzing load boards and matching the highest-paying freight with the most qualified owner-operators. By optimizing routes, you will reduce deadhead miles and increase the overall revenue per mile for your assigned fleet.

Driver Relationship Management

Building trust is everything in this industry. You will serve as the main point of contact for owner-operators, providing them with consistent freight, resolving on-road issues in real-time, and ensuring they feel supported regardless of where they are in the country.

Compliance and Documentation

Requirements
