About the Role

What You’ll Do

Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions via secure video conferencing. Assess clients’ mental health and substance use disorders to create effective, tailored recovery strategies. Provide crisis intervention and relapse prevention planning. Guide clients through the development of healthy coping mechanisms and life skills. Document progress notes accurately and participate in weekly virtual team meetings to discuss case management and peer support.

Requirements

Qualifications

Must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent is required. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in substance abuse or mental health counseling.

Skills

Salary Range

Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD/year.
