Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily virtual shift operations, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within quality specifications.
• Monitor real-time dashboards to identify productivity gaps and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Coordinate seamless hand-offs between shifts to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead daily virtual huddles to align the team on goals, updates, and performance targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to remote staff to foster professional growth and retention.
• Manage conflict resolution and performance reviews via video conferencing and digital communication tools.

Strategic Reporting

• Analyze shift data to generate weekly performance reports for senior leadership.
• Identify trends in operational inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions to improve workflow.
• Collaborate with the HR department to optimize staffing levels based on peak demand periods.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or customer operations.
• Proven track record of managing remote or hybrid teams using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
