Key Responsibilities

• Performance Monitoring: Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing immediate corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Conducting virtual 1-on-1s to provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and help team members reach their full potential.
• Quality Assurance: Reviewing output to ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
• Strategic Reporting: Preparing detailed shift reports for upper management to highlight wins, challenges, and areas for process improvement.

Requirements
