You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the engineering team to turn complex blueprints into tangible reality.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Oversight

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale engineering projects, ensuring all technical specifications are met with 100% accuracy.
• Conduct rigorous design reviews and provide critical technical guidance to junior engineers to maintain high-quality output.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and reduce operational waste.

Strategic Project Management

• Develop detailed project timelines and milestones using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure seamless delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with local and federal laws.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies to identify potential bottlenecks before they impact the project timeline.

Collaboration & Communication

• Facilitate virtual synchronization meetings with global stakeholders to align on project goals and KPIs.
• Produce high-level technical reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Mentor a distributed team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Education

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency

• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM software.
• Strong experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Deep understanding of lean engineering principles and sustainable design practices.

Soft Skills
