About the Role

As a Remote Senior Project Engineer, you will serve as a critical leadership position in our virtual project delivery team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to coordinate activities across multiple locations and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of progressive project engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency with engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera P6, or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual collaboration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Florida residency required for this remote position

Salary Range
