Join a fast‑growing, fully distributed company that empowers you to shape operational strategy while enjoying the freedom to work from any city in the United States. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, giving you direct influence over revenue‑driving processes and a culture that values autonomy, transparency, and continuous learning.

About the Role

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end operational framework that supports our product, sales, and customer success teams. You will design scalable workflows, optimize cross‑functional collaboration, and drive data‑backed decisions that accelerate growth. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations and partners closely with department heads to align priorities, remove bottlenecks, and ensure seamless delivery of our SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain operational playbooks that standardize processes across product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams.
  • Lead quarterly planning cycles, translating company OKRs into actionable team‑level initiatives with clear owners and timelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, customer onboarding velocity, and resource utilization; present insights to leadership weekly.
  • Champion continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) to reduce waste and increase throughput.
  • Manage a distributed team of 5‑7 operations analysts and coordinators, providing coaching, career development, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal to ensure compliance, budget adherence, and risk mitigation across all operational activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive operations management experience in a high‑growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of building scalable processes from the ground up and leading remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Expert proficiency with data‑analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker) and project‑management platforms (Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex operational concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience managing budgets of $2M+ and negotiating vendor contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or PMP.
  • Prior experience in a fully remote, async‑first organization.
  • Familiarity with revenue operations (RevOps) frameworks and CRM administration (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Salary Range

$110,000 – $150,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and location differentials.

Benefits & Perks

  • 100% remote work with a $1,200 annual home‑office stipend.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for you and dependents.
  • Unlimited PTO plus 12 paid company holidays.
  • 401(k) match up to 4% and equity grant program.
  • Quarterly learning budget ($2,000) for courses, certifications, or conferences.
  • Wellness reimbursement ($500/year) for fitness, mental‑health apps, or ergonomic equipment.
  • Annual team‑building retreat (travel covered) to foster connection across the distributed workforce.

Culture & Values

Our culture is built on trust, radical transparency, and a bias for action. We celebrate diverse perspectives, encourage experimentation, and measure success by outcomes—not hours logged. Every team member has a voice in shaping our operating rhythm, and we invest heavily in personal growth because we know that when our people thrive, the business thrives.

How to Succeed in This Role

Success looks like turning ambiguous challenges into repeatable playbooks, turning data into decisive action, and turning a group of talented individuals into a high‑performing, cohesive unit. If you thrive on autonomy, love solving systemic problems, and want to leave a measurable imprint on a scaling company, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
