About the Role

As a Remote Registered Nurse, you will provide telehealth assessments, care coordination, and health education to a diverse patient population across the United States. You will collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams using secure video conferencing and electronic health record (EHR) platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor chronic disease management programs and adjust interventions based on real‑time data.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health measures.
• Document all encounters accurately in the EHR within established timeframes.

Requirements

Education & Licensure

• Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one compact state (or willingness to obtain multistate licensure).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with equivalent experience.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of acute care, primary care, or telehealth nursing experience.
• Proven proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) and video‑visit platforms.

Technical & Soft Skills

• High‑speed internet, a private, HIPAA‑compliant workspace, and a webcam with microphone.
• Strong critical thinking, cultural competency, and patient‑centered communication.

Salary Range

$78,000 – $102,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience, certifications, and geographic differentials.
