About the Role

As a Remote Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical, you will be the clinical backbone of our virtual care program. What You’ll Do

• Document thoroughly in the EHR and communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. state (compact license a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Proficiency with telehealth tools, EHR systems (Epic or similar), and remote communication.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and empathetic bedside manner—even through a screen.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace.

Salary Range

Based on national industry standards for remote medical/surgical RNs, this position offers a competitive compensation of $72,000 – $92,000 USD/year, depending on experience and state of residence. Top performers may also be eligible for annual review increases.
