About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous virtual assessments of ICU patients using high‑definition video, wearable vitals, and EMR integration.
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications, sedation, and ventilator settings per protocol.
• Document all interventions, trends, and communications in the electronic health record within required timeframes.
• Participate in daily interdisciplinary rounds, contributing expert nursing insight to care plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients’ families through secure video conferencing.
• Respond to clinical alerts and emergencies within established response‑time metrics.

Requirements

Licensure & Certification

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas (or compact state eligibility).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of direct bedside ICU nursing experience (medical, surgical, or cardiac).
• Proven proficiency with remote monitoring platforms, tele‑ICU software, and EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar).

Technical Skills

Salary Range
