About the Role

We’re seeking a board‑certified Radiologist to provide expert reading and reporting for a high‑volume, 24/7 telehealth platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reading and interpreting CT, MRI, X‑ray, and ultrasound studies submitted through our secure portal.
• Providing timely, evidence‑based reports to referring clinicians, with turnaround times ranging from 30 minutes for urgent cases to 24 hours for routine studies.
• Participating in virtual multidisciplinary tumor board meetings and contributing to case discussions.
• Staying current with emerging imaging modalities and AI‑driven Operand recommendations.
• Assisting in the development of quality‑control protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Certification

• MD or DO degree with completion of a radiology residency.
• Board certification in Radiology (American Board of Radiology or equivalent).
• Active state license(s) or willingness to obtain licensure in at least one U.S. state.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of independent radiology practice wegen in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with remote colleagues and provide clear, actionable findings.
• Comfort with telehealth workflows and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
• Experience with AI‑assisted imaging tools is a plus.

Salary Range

Competitive compensation reflecting experience and volume: $200,000 – $280,000 USD per year, plus performance‑based bonuses and a flexible schedule.
