About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing virtual healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments via telehealth platforms
• Diagnose and treat patients with mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with medication management when appropriate
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services through virtual sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to regulatory standards

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in your state of residence
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in psychiatric nursing
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
• Excellent communication abilities with proficiency in telehealth technologies
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Current DEA license and ability to prescribe medications

Salary Range

We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, qualifications, and scope of practice. The annual salary range for this remote position is $95,000 – $135,000 USD, plus performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.
