About the Role

As a Remote Physician Assistant, you will serve as a critical part of our virtual care delivery model. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments under physician collaboration.
• Review patient medical histories, lab results, and imaging studies to inform clinical decision-making.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans, including medication management, lifestyle counseling, and specialist referrals.
• Document all patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EHR system.
• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings and continuing medical education (CME) sessions.
• Provide timely follow-up care and coordinate with pharmacy, lab, and specialist services as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all state-specific telehealth regulations, HIPAA standards, and organizational policies.

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program.
• Current PA-C certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Active, unrestricted PA license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure is a plus).

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Prior experience with telehealth platforms or virtual patient encounters is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth.

Salary Range

We offer a highly competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
