About the Role

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a Certified Personal Care Aide (CNA) credential is highly preferred.
• At least two years of hands‑on experience delivering home health or senior care services.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families through active listening and empathy.
• Strong organizational skills, proficiency with digital scheduling tools, and the capacity to manage multiple client caseloads simultaneously.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, ergonomically equipped workspace for remote coordination and documentation.

Preferred Skills

Experience with telehealth platforms, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and basic telecommunication software is advantageous.
