Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft legal memoranda

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation or corporate law
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal database systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High-speed internet and reliable computer equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Florida state bar certification as a certified paralegal

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD/year
