Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field

• Proven expertise in MATLAB, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software
• Strong understanding of NFPA 70 (NEC), IEEE standards, and safety compliance protocols
• Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, battery storage) or industrial automation

Preferred Skills

• Leadership experience mentoring junior engineers
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies
