About the Role

As our Remote Operations Manager, you are the backbone of our virtual organization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end operational processes for a 100% remote workforce, including onboarding, offboarding, and continuous employee enablement.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of remote operations coordinators and specialists.
• Implement and optimize tools for project management, communication, documentation, and performance tracking (e.g., Asana, Slack, Notion, Lattice).
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, forecast needs, and drive initiatives that improve productivity and reduce friction.
• Partner with HR to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-morale remote culture through virtual events, recognition programs, and best-practice sharing.
• Establish and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge bases accessible to all team members.
• Manage the annual budget for remote operations, including software subscriptions, home office stipends, and team gathering events.

Salary Range

Based on industry standards for a Remote Operations Manager in the United States, the annual salary for this full-time position is estimated to be $85,000 – $110,000 USD, depending on experience.
