About the Role

As a Remote Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct virtual patient assessments, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and coordinate care plans using our secure, HIPAA‑compliant platform. You’ll collaborate with physicians, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators to ensure seamless, patient‑centered experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth visits for acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; initiate evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications (including controlled substances where state law permits) and manage refills.
• Document encounters in the EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain active, unrestricted NP licensure in at least one compact state; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
• Current national certification (AANP or ANCC) in Family, Adult‑Gerontology, Pediatric, or Psychiatric‑Mental Health NP specialty.

Licensure & Clinical Experience

• Active, unrestricted NP license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state; additional state licenses a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of post‑graduate clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or relevant specialty.
• Proven telehealth experience or strong willingness to complete our onboarding telehealth competency program.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Proficiency with major EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks) and video‑conferencing tools.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving clinical protocols.

Salary Range

Estimated Annual Compensation: $115,000 – $145,000 USD/year (base salary plus performance‑based bonuses). Exact offer depends on experience, licensure portfolio, and scheduled hours.
