About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages, groceries, or parcels to designated locations
• Follow optimized routes using our GPS-enabled mobile application
• Ensure safe handling and secure transportation of all delivered items
• Maintain accurate delivery records and confirm receipt with customers
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery updates
• Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle with valid registration
• Smartphone with data plan (iOS or Android) to run our delivery app
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Salary Range

$42,000 – $68,000 USD/year (based on hours worked and delivery volume)

In addition to base pay, you’ll earn performance bonuses, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Many of our top drivers exceed $70,000 annually with overtime and peak-season incentives.
