About the Role

As a remote counselor, you will manage a diverse caseload through our secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software. Salary Range

$65,0 actually, $75,000 – $110,000 USD per year (Depending on experience, licensure level, and caseload volume).

What You Will Do

• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions via high-quality video conferencing.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to determine client needs and diagnostic profiles.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to unique client goals.
• Maintain meticulous electronic health records (EHR) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and social workers to ensure holistic client care.
• Stay current with evolving therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• Master’ actually degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) is required.
• Proven experience in clinical diagnosis and therapeutic intervention.
• Deep understanding of DSM-5 criteria and evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
