About the Role

ThriveWell Telehealth is seeking a licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide high‑quality virtual counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. You will manage a caseload of 15–20 clients per week, conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, peer specialists, and care coordinators. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Delivery

• Conduct 45‑minute video sessions using a HIPAA‑compliant platform.
• Apply modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and solution‑focused brief therapy as clinically indicated.
• Document progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures in the EHR within 24 hours of each session.

Collaboration & Quality

• Participate in weekly case‑consultation groups and monthly peer‑supervision meetings.
• Coordinate care with prescribing providers and community resources for seamless referrals.
• Contribute to continuous‑quality‑improvement initiatives, including outcome‑data review and protocol refinement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensure & Education

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current, unrestricted state license (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent) in at least one U.S. state; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• National Certified Counselor (NCC) or comparable credential preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years post‑licensure direct clinical experience, with at least 1 year delivering telehealth services.
