Salary Range

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of California.
• Education: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Clinical Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in individual or group psychotherapy.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools, electronic health records (EHR), and digital communication platforms.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening skills, deep cultural competency, and the ability to build rapport in a virtual environment.
