About the Role

Prepare and organize virtual visit documentation, including medical histories and consent forms.
Coordinate prescription refills and assist with medication management under clinician supervision.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and continuously update knowledge of telehealth best practices.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant training program is preferred.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a medical office, clinic, or telehealth setting.
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, teleconferencing tools, and basic office software.
Excellent communication skills, with a warm, professional bedside manner.
