Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full‑scope background checks in compliance with FCRA, EEOC, and state‑specific regulations.
• Interview references, former employers, and educational institutions via phone, email, and secure portals.

• Prepare clear, concise investigative reports with executive summaries for client review.

Qualifications
