About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from internal systems and external sources.
• Develop financial models, forecasting tools, and KPI dashboards to track business performance.

• Prepare clear, concise reports and executive presentations for senior leadership and client stakeholders.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Management Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar consulting role.
• Proven track record of delivering data‑driven recommendations that resulted in measurable performance gains.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex findings into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
