Key Responsibilities

• Receive and triage maintenance requests via phone, email, and ticketing platform.
• Coordinate with vetted local contractors and internal techs to schedule and oversee repairs.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Update the CMMS with work order details, parts used, labor hours, and completion status.
• Monitor inventory of essential supplies and initiate purchase orders when stock levels fall below thresholds.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, local building codes, and company safety policies.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management, highlighting response times, cost savings, and recurring issues.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or a related trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general building repair).
• Proven ability to manage multiple work orders simultaneously and prioritize based on urgency and impact.
• Familiarity with CMMS software (e.g., UpKeep, Fiix, Maintenance Connection) and basic spreadsheet/data entry skills.
